A native of Baton Rouge, Jessica Trepagnier attended Louisiana State University where she graduated in 2008 with a bachelor in Communications and Business Administration. After completing her degree, she began her career in marketing and public relations working in corporate communications and investor relations where she led the marketing efforts for the organizations environmental team.
In 2014 Jessica completed her Master’s in Business Administration, and after seven years in the oil and gas industry, she transitioned into a new role within the largest law firm in Louisiana, she led the marketing efforts for both the Baton Rouge and Lafayette offices. Throughout her professional career Jessica has spent most of her personal time volunteering and serving with several nonprofits in the Baton Rouge community. She has served on the boards of the Baton Rouge Chapter of the March of Dimes, City Year, and Kid’s Orchestra, and has a been an active member of Forum 35 since 2015. In 2019 Jessica had the honor of being named one of the Baton Rouge’s Boys and Girls Club Great Futures and was member of the 2020 Leadership Baton Rouge cohort.
Jessica currently is the Manager of Community Development & Marketing for Aetna Better Health of Louisiana, where she leads all of the community engagement and marketing efforts for the state. Jessica is an candidate for her Master of Public Health and still resides in Baton Rouge with her dog Bear. She is an avid LSU sports fan, loves to entertain for her family and friends, and spends her free time playing tennis and running at BREC parks, and exploring the great arts and culture of Baton Rouge.
